“My experience has been absolutely horrible. I made my first appointment and they didn’t have anything for two months so I waited only to be told one day before that they didn’t have my referral letter ended up having to cancel that appointment because there was no way I could get a referral letter in one day and then got a referral letter. Call back to make my next appointment verify that they had the referral letter when I made my appointment waited another two months for my appointment only to be called two days before saying they don’t have my referral letter in the two days before my next appointment. I spent over five hours on the phone with my doctors office my debt my referral letter, office and life stance’s office only to be told at the last minute that we already have your referral letter on file. We got it back in December when you made your appointment and then I was told that my appointment would not be canceled and I would be able to see the doctor. Drove an hour and a half to see the doctor had an 8 A.m. appointment they didn’t open up till five after eight. I walk in only be told by the doctor that I wouldn’t be able to have my appointment because they did not have a billing code getting the billing code is not my responsibility so I was turned away and had to drive another hour and a half back. I’ve lost many hours of work wasted time on the highway. The cost of gas. This is absolutely ridiculous. If anybody refers you to life stance, tell them you want somebody else.”

“Booking with lifestance more than a month ago was a pretty easy process. This last attempt required 4 phone calls after the initial booking to have the appointment put back because they kept postponing it and sending texts(literally at 5pm when they’re closing and on the same day as the appointment) because they now require a credit card on file which they didn’t more than a month ago. It was a miserable process and no one should put a credit card on file given the lax data privacy laws in the US. We will look elsewhere for care due to this terrible practice.”

“Called and scheduled to be seen for one thing and The person I was seeing had no clue why I was there. They were new and they had no clue what they were doing, they had to “run it by their supervisor” to give me an evaluation. Which is the whole reason why I went there scheduled a Which is the whole reason why I went there scheduled an appointment. Don’t waste your time with this place.”

“We have been waiting over 2 months for test results in spite of multiple calls and messages. Unless you do not need your test results for 2+ months, I would suggest finding a different group of providers.”
