“I found that it was very helpful to receive a text from Lifestance Health in plenty of time before my scheduled appointment so that I could use the link provided to check in for the appointment and take care of my copay upfront. When I was finished I was led into the zoom appointment where it was explained that I was in the scheduled zoom link and my host would be notified. It is helpful to go through the check-in experience within approximately 20 to 30 minutes ahead of time to allow yourself time to answer questions and then enter your payment information. That way there will be only a short amount of time before your host sees that you are waiting. Otherwise you could be late and the time that you are late will cut into your valuable appointment time. I also would like to share my experience with Brittany Kopena. I found her to be prompt, kind, pleasant demeanor, positive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, direct, non judgemental, encouraging uplifting and for all you animal lovers out there, she is one us. I hope this helps someone who is thinking about joining the family at Lifestance Health. Get off the fence and take a chance. You should not be in the backseat when it comes to your health and especially your mental health. We must be our own health advocates. These decisions are OURS to make. We DO HAVE A VOICE AND WE SHOULD LIST BUT ALSO EXERCISE OUR VOICE. What I mean about exercising your voice is not to complain but to ask questions. We do not need to walk passively and blindly on our path. If you are trying to find a good, wholesome, caring individual to partner with you in making good decisions regarding your medications, I found Brittany Kopena to be an excellent fit for me. We share the philosophy that less is better when it comes to medication. If a change is needed change one thing at a time. And finally, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
