“Awful experience, Dr Jean Baptiste has no sense of duty or compassion and she completely abandoned me after my father died. When I told her of his passing, she did not move up my appointment despite my fragile state. Then with two days notice, she canceled my appointment knowing my need to see her as soon as possible. When I messaged her to let her know how disappointed I was with her lack of assistance in my time of need, she dropped me as a patient through a message on the patient portal. So unprofessional, this act by a doctor I trusted and relied on is heartless and has left me grieving and having to try to find a new doctor in the midst of my meds not working. Her receptionist was just as unsympathetic and unhelpful, even hanging up on me after I asked to speak with the office manager. I would not recommend Dr Jean Baptiste, in fact steer clear because to drop a patient in their greatest hour of need is inhumane and frankly goes against her Hippocratic oath.”

After 4 sessions of that i realized they dont have the skills necessary to help. Place feels more like a daycare center for adults, and im not talking about the patients.”
