“Lifestance’s billing department is incompetent. When you call them on the phone, no one answers. Took an employee in the billing department over a month to reply to my online message. They post charges to your account without uploading statements explaining the charge. I called Daneka RCM Coordinator and left a message a week ago. Still no reply. I also sent a message in the portal, and she has yet to provide a direct answer to my inquiry explaining the balance on my account. To avoid the headache and stress with the billing department, I’d recommend seeking services elsewhere with other companies. Honestly, it’s not worth the stress!”
