“Honestly was looking forward to finally getting my mental health back in order only for her to try and push hospital stay on me several times because I’m explaining to her I just need a small break from work and medication to help my adhd symptoms only to be called by another name while attempting to make me think she cares. Yay me! Also when you express your concern on the pushed pill they will again tell you go to hospital. I read the side effects of the pill and it’s worse than what I feel make that make sense shame just shame”

They are not trans-friendly. They will misdiagnose you against all ethical standards with whatever harmful label they can think of. Steer clear.”

“When I first came to this clinic two years ago, I was impressed. The staff seemed nice and the doctors seemed like they actually cared about you. I'm not sure if new management took over or new employees in general, but it seems like providers are dropping like flies. I got switched between 3 different providers in a year time frame. If you have a simple question or medication request, they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Except for a couple customer service reps that I've interacted with, the rest seem rude, insensitive, and not good fits for assisting those with mental health needs. To top it all off, I was not told I owed anything since it was still going through my insurance. Suddenly, Lifestance decides to take out 1500 from my bank account without a written consent to do so. I had no authorization on file or was I given any notice that a payment was going to be made. That was a lot of fun. I thought the goal was to help the patient not stress them out to the max. Thankfully, I am switching mental health groups. Please don't come here if you have a mental health issue.”
