How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Naperville?
What patients say on Google
“So far I have been coming here for about a month and a half. Every employee here is so much more than just that! They are all here for the better for everyone, including other employees, patients, and anyone that comes in! Joy and Christine are both lovely woman at the front desk who bring an amazing smile and warm embrace each time I come in! Michelle, my therapist, is so amazing! She's been the first therapist to truly help me and understands me and make me see things in a whole new perspective (after trying from other sources)! I know mental health is a very hard thing to manage, especially alone, but I believe taking a chance with this staff and company can really help you navigate how to make things be okay again! Remember, you are not in this alone!”
“Getting back into mental health help I thought Lifestance would be a good choice for me. I was unfortunately wrong. My primary doctor recommended so I could get my medications adjusted. When I had initially went in I figured it would be one visit initially and a follow up in two weeks to make sure things were working. Not an every 2 weeks thing. The scheduling was implemented I came two weeks after my second appointment. My medicine was working for me. The small dose of adderall I was on as well, 5mg helped me to be able to do my work as a college student alongside my antidepressant. That was until I ran out. Miraculously anytime I needed a refill if I didn’t see the physchatrist I wasn’t getting that refill. I cannot afford to pay $50 in copay every two weeks as a student, I just can’t. My insurance has paid over $1000 alone in only a few visits. Not only that. Since then I had to stop the 5mg of adderall abruptly since I wasn’t going to pay to see a doctor every two weeks, when I wasn’t having no issues. My antidepressant got stopped as well, which by the way is extremely unsafe especially for someone who has struggled drastically with depression. My main doctor was able to refill my medication thankfully with no issues because she knows I rely on that medication as do many. This place has been nothing like i’ve experienced in the past. Sometimes I figured it was more of a money grab then actually caring about the patient. Not too mention the fact that they have charged me no show fees when I physically couldn’t get through the line two days in advance to cancel an appointment. The line would ring ongoing for 30 min and no answer. Bad from the start as when I first called to schedule, they had hung up on me. Sad I had to abruptly end medication, and I hope anyone who still goes doesn’t have the same issues I did. Hopefully they will realize not everyone in Naperville can afford to have a doctors visit every two weeks”
“Today is my first time utilizing this company and mental health services . I like the appointment reminders and sufficient time to fill out forms. Office staff were very nice too. I was seen by provider Diana Wells. She was extremely helpful and attentive to my concerns. By the manner she’s speaks, she is extremely caring, and was able to bring awareness to other needs that I require and have been putting off for years. I feel liberated and look forward to my future appointments with her.”
“Diane Wells and the staff in the Naperville office are absolutely AMAZING! They are very professional and personable. My granddaughter Ryan has been seeing Diane since 2022 and has made huge strides in recovering from her mental health issues thanks to her!”
