“Don’t recommend. I went to therapy a year ago and my employer covered the cost through our EAP. They have been giving me the run around and did not take my activation code. I have called 5 times and now my bill is sent to collections. I called the EAP and they said that I get 8 free sessions mind you I only had 4 and not 1 session is covered. This is so disheartening to mess up someone’s credit especially I provided everything needed to cover the cost. So instead of wanting their money, they’d rather leave the balance unpaid putting me in debt. They are liars and not helpful at all!!!!”
