“As a licensed therapist myself, I know what the bare minimum expectations should be in client care. I love my children’s therapists at Lifestance (Giselle and Julia), but I am so frustrated with the customer service. I called Monday for a family emergency and was told I would get a call back after the therapist responded. I told them them I was willing to see someone else if she wasn’t available but that we needed help. No one called me back. I was also charged a large no-show fee for a session that I called ahead and requested virtual because my car was in the shop. I was told they could send the link to my son. No one did that and they charged us for a no-show. I discussed with the front office staff who said they would reach out to call me back and they never did. The office staff is not available all therapist working hours, because therapists can work later than their office hours, so it feels impossible to get support for later in the day sessions. I strongly recommend you seek other options until they provide better client care.”

“LifeStance has been great. I love my provider which is always a plus. Samantha Rogers is hands down the best psychologist I've ever worked with. I am getting all the help I need from her. LifeStance is easy to make appointments with the only downside is how long it takes before you get on the call. There is a lot of steps you have to do before you can go on there. That is the only downside.”
