“I have had several no show appointments or last minute cancellations. The last one was two weeks ago and my medicine ran out. I have messaged twice through the portal, to my provider and general. I called twice last week and twice this week. I am in withdrawal and they know and won't help me. This constitutes medical abandonment i.e.: malpractice. Be very careful using this place. Their "backup provider" is unreachable and supposedly changes weekly so whoever dropped the ball last week is different this week. I have never heard of anything like this. They sure get your co-pay before the appointment though. It's a grab for cash with no care for the patient.”

“Charging patients for a "late cancellation" (90$) when I appeared on my telehealth appointment to let her know I was no longer using her services. Mind you I paid my 10$ copay. (so 100$). If you want peace of mind this isnt somewhere to go. All they care about is money.”

“My daughter Emily booked a counselor. She was seen by a provider named Sara Garcia. She had one introductory session. For Sara’s second session my daughter waited in a waiting room close to an hour. The provider was a No Show! Not only that, but my daughter received a no show fee! My daughter emailed the provider and said she was in the waiting room close to an hour. The provider apologized and booked another session for today. When my daughter signed on she was forced to pay $100 for a no show penalty for last week in order to have her session today. It was her therapist that was the No Show but they took $100 of my daughter’s money. I called immediately after the session demanding a refund. They said the request would take 15 days to look at. We are NOT going back to this practice. And we will be calling the state for unethical and fraudulent theft practices.”
