How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Louisville?
What patients say on Google
“LifeStance has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. The office communicates well with clients. I appreciate the reminders. My therapist is extremely supportive and well versed on many topics. She helps me to understand my life, my feelings, my thoughts and how to deal with all the changes that come my way. She’s a calming presence and a great listener.”
“I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this office. From the very beginning, both the therapist and psychiatrist have treated me with genuine care, compassion, professionalism, and respect. They have created a safe and welcoming environment where I feel truly heard and supported. The level of understanding, patience, and dedication they show toward their patients is exceptional. They take the time to listen, explain things thoroughly, and ensure that I feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Their support has made a meaningful difference in my life and mental well-being. The office staff is also incredibly kind, organized, and helpful, making scheduling and communication smooth and stress-free. It is clear that everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I am extremely grateful for the positive experience I have had with this office and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and professional mental health care.”
“I've been a patient of Hannah Morrison, mostly through telehealth, for almost two years. She is a wonderful provider for mental health/medication management, and can send referrals for therapy, if needed. She listens to my concerns each time I see her, and addresses any medicine changes before my appointment ends. 10/10 recommend this office and the care I've received.”
“My experience with LifeStance was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I initially tried to book an urgent therapy appointment, but the earliest availability was several months out, which already defeats the purpose of seeking timely mental health support. At the time, I only entered basic information on their website. Due to the long delay, I chose not to move forward and never confirmed the appointment in any way—not by email, text, or phone. There was no session, no communication with a therapist, and no evaluation of any kind. Despite this, I was charged anyway!! I was never contacted by phone. Every time I tried to call, I was placed on hold for a very long time and kept waiting without ever reaching anyone. Eventually I had to give up the call. I was never able to speak with an actual person to discuss this charge. I could never get through to talk to a live representative. I also contacted your office through your website and clearly explained that I do not accept this charge. Several weeks later, someone responded and told me that they would speak with the manager and resolve the issue. However, I never received any further response. I was never called back as promised, and when I checked again later, both my message and the response had been completely removed from the system! What made the situation worse was the constant stream of emails and text messages demanding payment for months. It became so overwhelming and exhausting that I finally paid just to stop the harassment. This experience felt less like healthcare and more like a billing system designed to collect money regardless of whether any service was actually provided. For a mental health provider, this is deeply concerning. People seek help when they are vulnerable, and this kind of experience only adds more stress instead of support. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before using their services.”
