“Can't ever get ahold of anyone for assistance. You can book your first appointment just fine but after that it's very difficult to get anyone. I will wait 10 minutes on hold before being hung up on repeatedly. Can't get help using their EHR online - it has errors they can not fix. Very frustrating experience. Mary the NP was fine - hence the two stars. She was 30 minutes late to my first appointment, and because their EHR didn't let me log in (I am computer savvy) they cancelled today's appointment. I don't mind providers being late, its part of the gig - but some communication would be nice so I don't sit here not knowing what's going on without being able to reach anyone. And if my provider is 30 minutes late, it's frustrating to be kicked off the schedule due to their EHR not working and their inability to answer the phone. I called multiple times before my appointment time to seek help with the EHR error but couldn't get anyone. The administration side of things makes getting treatment too difficult.”
