“Very challenging to communicate with staff, or to get replies to myself or my therapist. Inaccurate prescribing, difficult website to navigate. I want very much for this to be a great resource bc of how much diversity I see in staff, but they're just not doing a sufficient job in helping me manage my meds.”

“I would not recommend this place. The therapist get too invested and they end up dropping the ball when you need them the most costing you more money. Please do your research and avoid this place. Their head therapist ( Mr. Bellatramo) is very rude and unprofessional. If you have a problem, you can't turn to him. He hung up on me while I was emotionally distraught, while 8 months pregnant. Instead of helping the situation they make it worse and we're never even sorry about it. Now almost 2 years later I haven't heard from them and they're randomly sending me a $90 bill and are blocking my email address and their mailbox is full and I can't reach anyone. I need to know where this bill is coming from and I'm not getting answers. Please do not go here”
