“I started going here and informed them that I have VA insurance. I still receive bills to this day because they selected a provider that does not take the VA insurance. The reason I’m not going anymore is because they were charging me out of pocket to go. My insurance covers 100% of my visits. So this is a very big barrier to getting care that I need. Sadly, another reason veterans are not getting the care they need. They will probably attach a generic message about reaching out to contact them to resolve the matter. I have done this several times to no resolution.”

I hung up my next phone call just out of curiosity. I Stayed on hold for over 60 minutes now you got my copayment. I’m gonna cancel my appointment with you folks. You’re too busy for me. I want my money back.”
