“The doctors are great but the office staff is not. I’ve been overcharged by the billing team for almost a year, contacted the office several times and spoke to billing once who said they would contact me back to correct it. Then never returns a call or fixes the issue. My insurance verified the charges were incorrect so I haven’t and won’t pay yet LifeStance continues to bill me and not contact me back. I’m looking for other offices to switch to although I really love my doctor.”
