“I was pleasantly surprised when I went to my first appointment. The reception area was very clean and comfortable, as was the actual office space. I was immediately impressed with Doctor Andrea Kroskurth, and felt very much at ease. I am looking forward to my next appointment.”

“Went to lifestance for help with depression and anxiety. Started at the Franklin office and switched to Kenosha office. While getting treatment in Franklin, my psychiatrist had canceled on me the day of once, the day before once, and had to move my appointment up two hours on another occasion on the day of the appointment (luckily i have a flexible work schedule and was able to do that). But since I missed one appointment without any notice and had to reschedule on one other occasion, my psychiatrist dropped me as a patient. No notice whatsoever! Just showed up one day for my appointment and was told I was dropped and he wouldn't be seeing me. I was stuck having to figure out how to maintain my prescriptions on my own. Hopefully you know who you are!!! Terrible thing to do to anyone. Finally after working with Lifestance I was able to get a new psychiatrist in Kenosha (AFTER GOING A MONTH WITHOUT MY MEDICATIONS). While working with the Kenosha office, I decided I wanted to also get counseling to go along with my psychiatric treatments. I simply asked for a good counselor that I could see in person. During my first counseling appointment my counselor told me she was leaving the area and would be working out of a new office in two weeks. I was kind of upset by this as I wanted in person counseling but was told I could at least continue seeing her remotely. I wanted to stick with one person so I begrudgingly accepted. At my second appointment however, she let me know that she was actually leaving the state and for that reason it would be our last appointment and I would have to find a new counselor!! Why did they put me with someone that would right away be leaving?? I see those two appointments as wasted time. I still see my same psychiatrist in Kenosha, and she is an alright psychiatrist, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I do wait 15-20 minutes after the scheduled time for each appointment to start however, despite checking in ahead of time. Thats kind of annoying. Nevermind, one star.”

“This place appears to be about the bottom line. I wanted to ask a question to the provider and was told they don’t make or take phone calls 💀 The undertone was that it needs to be a billable appointment if you need any of their time. I also needed to reschedule an appointment and since I rescheduled the same day of the appointment it was a ONE HUNDRED dollar fee. Absurd. Stick with your traditional providers within the hospital systems. There has only been one appointment and I’m not sure there will be another 🫤”

“Very comfortable with my therapist which made me more open and transparent with my situation. The video visit was easy to log onto and connect.”
