“If I could give negative stars I would. To start off with I couldn’t even comment on my therapist as to the fact I never got through the receptionist! I am new to Texas my husband was seen here prior to my visit and recommended them and set my appointment. Was having difficulty with insurance cards and getting co pays straightened out which was frustrating in itself. While I was trying to figure it out the receptionist repeatedly reminded me she had to go to lunch! After trying to contact my husband and feeling like I had to rush since she repeatedly from her chair saying what was my ETA?! I asked her if I could reschedule since I was feeling frustrated and out of options. She replied with I would be charged $150 and I assume you will bill that?? But, you can’t get past $25?! If I didn’t have anxiety or anger management issues before I stepped into that building definitely was an issue when I left!! Thank you…..NO THANKS!”

“If I could give Life Stance and Corey Spence zero stars I would. I came in to find a provider who could assist with the continuity of care and medication. First off the scheduling team was very disorganized and not communicative in a timely manner with trying to get an appointment for me. Once I went into see Corey Spence he quickly read my intake form and informed me he could not prescribe the medication I needed and have been taking as a disabled combat veteran (with ample documentation from the VA). He seemed to not care and wanted to charge over $200 for an appointment he did nothing. I called Life Stance to complain about this and have this escalated but never received a call back regarding this. Absolutely avoid Life Stance if you need psychiatric support that requires more than just your standard SSRI/SNRI. Waste of time and money.”
