“I love love love my provider, Jennifer Seelie. I do, however, have qualms with your billing. $260 per 10-15 follow-up appointment to discuss how my meds are going is… RIDICULOUS. Yes, my insurance covers some. But $160 each of those quick “hey, how are your meds going? How’s your mood? Are you sleeping, eating, etc.,”. No vitals taken, no in-person visits. I’m considering leaving, even though I have a great provider that actually listens to me. Feels like your corporation takes advantage of people who are desperate for mental health support. Could be wrong. But why else charge that much for 10-15 minute telehealth appointments. My meds are already over $100/month!”

“Absolutely love my therapist Quiana! There were a few hiccups with scheduling in the beginning (which is expected when you change practices), but since then things have been great with scheduling. I do telehealth and have never had issues with the connection being poor or any audio/visual issues. You don't even need Zoom installed on your computer, you can just use the browser option.”
