“Only negative is length of time to wait for initial appointment. Waited one month to see provider who was unable to meet my treatment needs; referral to appropriate provider was another 6 weeks. However, now that I have established treatment with Dr. Susan Curtis, I am extremely satisfied. She is open to my treatment needs and professional in her provision of treatment. Kind and welcoming.”

“My provider randomly quit and I wasn’t notified until I tried to get a refill on my prescription. I was matched with a new provider but she was booked for 2 months. The medical department told me I wouldn’t be able to get medication for 2 MONTHS because the new provider wanted to see me first. No one cared that I would be suffering for 2 months no matter what department I called. Highly do not recommend if you need your medication to raise a family. Worst place ever.”

“My son spent over SIX MONTHS with this therapist, thinking everything was fine, only for her to completely shatter his trust out of nowhere! He walked out of that session SOBBING, utterly heartbroken, and told me directly: "MOM, SHE BROKE OUR TRUST. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN." ​When I demanded to know what on earth happened, this therapist gave me a bizarre, defensive vibe and tried to brush it off by claiming he just "didn't like" talking about being a good friend. Are you SERIOUSLY calling my child a bad friend?! When I pressed her on why he was literally crying, she had the absolute nerve to say in a condescending tone, "Oh, he just doesn't like when you tell him the truth." Unbelievable. Calling a child a bad friend and shaming him is NOT therapy! ​To make matters worse, I filed a formal complaint and was promised a follow-up call to address this outrageous behavior. Did anyone call? NOPE. Total radio silence! They completely ignored a grieving child and a furious parent. ​DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE. Save yourself the nightmare and LOOK ELSEWHERE. No wonder they take every single insurance under the sun—they'll take anyone because their quality is absolute trash. ​HORRIBLE, TOXIC PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL. POORLY TRAINED THERAPISTS WHO SHOULD NOT BE ANYWHERE NEAR CHILDREN!”

“They didn’t Give notice that they weren’t taking my insurance anymore. I was already going through a rough time and then i called to schedule care when they told me they didn’t take my insurance anymore and my provider doesn't work there anymore. It put me in a depression. In addition to this i asked for my copy of my diagnosis and they had no record of it. Im completely traumatized from this place.”
