“This specifically deals with life stance in the upper Arlington location for Spravado treatments. They would not reach out to my medical plan for verification of medical approval for the treatment. My insurance stated they needed an approval. Nothing was resolved until I cancelled my appointments and suddenly my insurance told me they were wrong and this place has no compassion for the mentally ill and will no longer treat me since I wanted them to talk to my health insurance and they will not rebook me. They have class action lawsuits pending and are rated Fwith the BBB. Please think about your care carefully. This is an update since lifestance appears to have reached out to me. I responded to them weeks ago and I have heard nothing so I believe even the reply they gave me is based on lies.”
