“I have experienced several issues with the quality and continuity of care I received, which have significantly affected my confidence in this practice. First, I experienced what I believe were inappropriate interactions with staff. During one visit, a front desk employee asked me whether I was smoking marijuana. I also asked that my appointment be canceled, but it was not. As a result, I was charged a $100 no-show fee. The employee acknowledged that the failure to cancel the appointment was her mistake and assured me the fee would be removed. Despite that assurance, the charge still appears on my account. Second, I was told on two separate occasions that a manager would contact me regarding my concerns. To date, I have not received a call from management. Finally, my care lacked continuity. Over the course of my treatment, I was reassigned among four psychiatrists and four therapists. These frequent provider changes made it extremely difficult to establish a consistent therapeutic relationship or maintain a stable treatment plan. Taken together, these issues have left me feeling that my concerns were not addressed appropriately and that I did not receive the consistent, coordinated care necessary for effective treatment.”

She is a good listener and gives feedback which I can incorporate in my daily life. I appreciate her relaxed demeanor which has helped me to feel more comfortable during my sessions.
