“I like my doctor but your billing is terrible. You make me prepay for an appointment and then if I accidentally miss it, you charge me a 100 dollar penalty? So I end up paying 3x the normal amount after pre-paying? And then I was made to prepay when I rescheduled? That's just pure greed but I guess pretty standard in healthcare now. It's profit over people.”
