It was easier to talk about than I expected and I left feeling hopeful. I have some tools to work with and I ready to start the process. I asked for a faith based Therapists. This was very important to me. I was so happy with the gental inserts of faith and feeling like I could express myself naturally when my faith had a part in my conversation. I think we are off to a good start.”

Any messages that I may send her regarding medication, prior authorizations, or questions, she pretty much replies to them within a good 24 hour timeframe. She’s pretty good about making sure that she’s on top of everything. She’s friendly, caring, and completely understanding. I’m just glad I was able to find her.”

“This is a terrible company. I had an online appointment with a provider and they never showed up. I have screenshots to prove how long I was sitting on hold. I tried calling but they were closed. They charged me 100 dollars when I had already paid my co-pay for the appointment that I was waiting online for. I was then told they would send in meds for me but never did. I wanted to just cancel with them completelyIt is a Friday and I want to cancel my Monday appointment and they said they are going to charge me 100 dollars. I am not paying it! This is rediculous.”
