“Easy to book. Quick appointments. My therapist was a delightful experience. Going for the first time to a therapist or to a new therapist can add to the stress that’s sent you there. Keesha Anderson takes all the stress away and begins a natural conversation. This is a practice, and most are these days, where you see a talking therapist and a second medication dispensing MD psychiatrist. I’m not crazy about that arrangement. It’s two appointments and they aren’t at the same time or at the same facility. In Northern Virginia I had an excellent psychotherapist MD who provided therapy and adjusting medication as we went along. But, this seems to be what is the norm. For now, my deductible is paid and I’m not too agitated. I don’t know what people with jobs or who have to take kids to the appointments do to manage it. Others than than the system being non preferred. The therapist is excellent. Appointments were easy.”

“I have had a miserable time with this company. Stay far away. I showed up for an early morning appointment. My first appointment. There was no receptionist, the intake desk was dark. No one ever came to the lobby to get me. I waited 40 minutes and finally left to continue with my day. I have called repeatedly. I have left multiple notes on my account. I am never able to speak to anyone in the actual office. Always call centers. They billed my credit card for a no show appointment and I just keep getting pushed about, told that the provider was in the office that day so they can not process a refund. Find an alternative. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not worth the hassle.”

“I don't recommend this company. Go for a smaller operation. I was charged nearly $400 for a single telehealth appointment and received repeated emails about a balance on my account. When I attempted numerous times to contact the office, I was unable to reach anyone in the same country as me. Edit: I appreciate the team reaching out to me AFTER the debt was already referred to collections and was damaging my credit. That was great cherry on top after I made the mistake of seeking counseling for anxiety and depression. I will reiterate - save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else.”
