“My daughter has been seeing her therapist for about a year now. My daughter has distanced herself from me, continues to pull out her hair, her therapist enables her, and makes excuses. When I wanted to talk about it, I had to schedule an appointment, fine, understandable, I scheduled it on a Tuesday, same day as my daughter’s therapy session. I get slapped with a $125 bill because “insurance won’t cover two visits in one day” I’m a different patient than my daughter, and 2. That should have been discussed PRIOR to booking the appointment, knowing full well that was the case. She also charged me out of pocket for attempting to contact my daughter’s psychiatrist, which I’m not even sure if communication was had. They Nickel and dime you and will only hurt your children, not help. Stay far away. Edit: upon canceling all appointments with my daughter’s therapist, Allison took it upon herself to undermine me as her parent, and reach out to my minor child and text her the message attached. The therapist is causing more issues between my child and so because of this and has continued to show the lack of maturity and professionalism. Beware for your children!”

“The whole team is great, they are very friendly. They have very flexible hours, even offer virtual. I used to think I did not have time for sessions but then I was informed they offer times that worked with my busy schedule. Yolanda Kaczmarczyk is amazing, I love her techniques, she is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and really knows how to be very understanding and has a great way of guiding me. I really recommend the whole team and Yolanda specially! If you’re thinking of starting here DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER THEY ARE THE BEST!”
