“Awful company. Therapists and Psychiatrists are always late to Zoom meetings and blame it on their system. Psychiatry appointment lasts one single minute, no care for their patients. Therapist has no cultural sensitivity, also had me repeat my issues five times in the same session after literally just explaining. Did not feel safe or cared for. Speaking as an avid therapy enthusiast.”

“Too many email and text reminders starting 4 days prior to visit asking to fill out the same thing to confirm visit. If I confirm four days prior then I am doing the same thing the day of the visit. I know you need to verify why can’t you send a reminder and verify on the day of your appointment only. Sometimes even if I confirm still getting those emails and text.”

“The worst, they stiffed me on two appointments that I waited for they never called me on top of that. I called to complain today. The guy who answered the phone was totally clueless an hour and a half later I hung up. I would never recommend these people I just did it because my daughter asked me to.”
