“Terrible experience. After years of struggling with mental health i finally convinced myself to go back to therapy and had a 9am appointment with melissa long got there at 8:45 sat there till about 9:50 with nobody at the front desk or any help or assistance from anyone. Melissa arrived at 9:50 and told me that she was not aware she had a 9am appointment with me and did not even know my name and attempted to reschedule me after already sitting there for an hour. I had already called the support at that time and they told me they were gonna reach out to her and get back to me and after i arrived at home the support called me back and told me i basically got lied to and that melissa was just late to work. I understand people have things going on but to just straight up lie to me is completely unprofessional i already struggled with convincing myself to attend therapy from my past experiences with going, and now getting basically left in the dust and lied to on my first “appointment” back to therapy is incredibly discouraging to someone like me who finally accepted they need help and gets just completely let down and pushed me away from the idea of therapy even more.”
