“My first appointment was not a good one. The clinician did not see me at my scheduled time. She was incorrect about my appointment time. The clinician did not give me the full hour. I was given twenty minutes. There was not much accomplished during this, my initial session. The clinician could not been seen on my screen. I watched an ocean beach scene instead. This practitioner was not easy to hear. I won't bail out after only one session, but I am not optimistic about maintaining a steady relationship here.”

“I started Therapy with this company. Provided my insurance information. They were never transparent with the price due to my insurance being out if network. When signing up for my session i paid a fee that was acceptable around $30. Today, months later, i find out that each session were around $300. This company is not transparent with pricing and feels like a scam! Update: Lifestance told me to reach out to them via Email which I did on 02/18/26 and to this day I have not received any response.”
