“The MOST incompetent business I have ever, ever experienced. I went here for ADHD diagnosis. The first time I called I explained exactly what I needed and they scheduled me with someone, then canceled within 5 hours of the appointment (mind you, they charge a LARGE fee is the patient cancels with less than 48 hours notice). I called, explained very clearly what I needed again, and was rescheduled with the same practitioner. They canceled the appointment less than 24 hours later. I call again and the woman tells me I never should have been scheduled with that provider because she's on leave. I explain what I need for the third time. The person I'm talking to says I ALSO never should have been scheduled with that provider because she doesn't even do ADHD testing! I schedule with a different provider. I have the first 2 of 3 appointments. They cancel the third appointment the morning of. So at this point I have only had 2 appointments and they have canceled morning of 2 times. I get the appointment rescheduled. I then discover they've added a charge to my account for late cancelation even though I haven't canceled ANY of the appointments, let alone done so late. Given how egregiously they break their own policy, this really took some nerve. THEN the practitioner tells me the report will be available on the patient portal within 48 hours. It wasn't. Over a week went by with no report. I sent a message on the portal and called. The woman on the phone says it will be on the portal by the end of the day. Shocking to absolutely no one at this point, I still don't have the report and I've paid my bill in full. I have never seen such a shocking display of incompetence or disrespect for patients' time from a single company in my entire life. To say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone is a massive understatement.”

“My experience at Life Stance has been incredible. Dr. Rhonda Palmer is incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to genuinely get to know her patients. This attention to detail makes the entire experience much more enjoyable.”

“The lady i met with (and i should have known better than to go with a female*) was kind but talked over me a lot. She said she was going to do all sorts of things - using her resources to get me in touch with the right people - for me and never did. Rhonda is her name, i think. She made me repeat all of my intake answers, so I'm not sure what the point of intake was. Overall, it was just underwhelming in a bad way. Like, she heightened my hopes and then ghosted me. That's not the kind of person i want on my "wellness" team. (*I am a female, and I've a rule to only see males, bc they're more logical, less emotional, and more direct. I should have stuck to that stricture, but she came highly recommend from a friend. I also need new friends😅)”

“Horrible organization. Canceled two appointments for my 17 yr old son who is just needing someone to talk to. This was dragged out for two weeks. We decided to go somewhere else, unfortunately they are another week out. Shame on this organization, not the type of place you want on your wellness team.”
