She has helped me work thru some of the most tragic times of my life and I am beyond thankful for this incredibly wonderful woman! She, herself, has experienced trauma first hand and she truly understands the pain and feeling of helplessness and sorrow that go along with it. I feel that she is an earth angel, a guide, a teacher...my life is better because she is in it. The office staff is also amazing, so kind and helpful. When arriving you are greeted with a warm smile and a feeling of peace. I would highly recommend these amazing people to anyone who is looking for help in their lives. “I am extremely disappointed and concerned by the decision to refuse me services based solely on my past appointment history without giving appropriate consideration to the serious medical circumstances that contributed to those absences. Over the past five months, I have been in and out of the hospital undergoing multiple surgeries and medical procedures, including the placement of a PEG/J-tube, which has required extensive treatment, recovery, and ongoing medical care. These health challenges were entirely beyond my control and significantly impacted my ability to consistently attend appointments. Denying access to mental health services during a time when I am coping with substantial physical and emotional hardship feels unfair, dismissive, and lacking in compassion. I believe healthcare providers should evaluate each patient’s situation individually and take legitimate medical hardships into account rather than relying solely on attendance records.
