“My counselor was very good, and I appreciated their help. However, the complete lack of communication from the billing department and other (but not all!) "customer" service representatives was seriously lacking. Many I spoke to clearly did not care about helping me resolve or understand issues. It was very clear to me that I was only being viewed as a dollar sign, not a patient. For the amount of money that these "services" cost, I would think that they would be much more compassionate, communicative, and organized.”

He knows everything there is to know about mental health, medication, and addiction. I would definitely recommend him and the entire staff at Life Stance Health!”

“Do not, I repeat, do not go here under any circumstances!!!! They agreed to a payment plan, accepted the first payment, and then breached the contract by taking the full amount in an unauthorized charged a few days later. I’m not the only one they are doing this to. Read the one star reviews and see the exact same thing is happening to hundreds of people!! They are thieves and cowards. When I asked for a supervisor I was told no because they aren’t available to the public, hung up on, and put into an infinite loop on hold. They take no accountability for their actions. Today I called three days prior to my final appointment to cancel. They tried to charge me $75 because they “don’t count Saturday and Sunday” even though I called on Friday. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!”
