She has helped me find my right doctors, fix my portal login, helped me find good doctors for my daughters care as well! She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed, even on the phone when I need to change appointments! She is AMAZING!!”

“The entire LifeStance company is horrible. I can never get anyone on the phone. I have been requesting a receipt to send to FSA for almost two months but because I had two separate referrals my first set of records seems to have disappeared and no one can send me the correct receipt. The PA I saw didn’t answer my questions when I asked. She ignored me telling her I didn’t want to go on certain meds. She asked me questions that I had answered in the mountains of paperwork they sent weeks beforehand. Even after finding the answers in my record she still kept asking me info from the record. Things like family history that I can’t remember off the top of my head. It was so frustrating. They asked me for records they should have had from a visit to a different office. As soon as I can find someone else I am leaving this group. Oh, and instead of putting me with a medical professional in my area they want me to drive almost 150 miles to go to an appointment if I need a certain kind of medication. The only reason I give them a 3 is because the people I have spoken to on the phone were as helpful as they could be and very nice.”
