“I left this appointment with Jagruti Chaudhari feeling incredibly disappointed and uncomfortable. As an adult over the age of 18, I expected to be treated with respect and have my privacy honored. Instead, the psychiatrist said she would need to speak with my parent, which made me feel like my autonomy as an adult was not being respected. The appointment quickly shifted away from the reason I was there. I came to establish care for medication management for a condition I have already been diagnosed with and successfully treated for over the years. Instead of focusing on that, the conversation became centered on unrelated aspects of my family history. This provider seemed to be very fixated on trying to diagnose me with other disorders that I do not exhibit symptoms of. Some of the questions felt unnecessarily intrusive and were discussed with very little sensitivity, leaving me feeling judged rather than supported. Rather than receiving the care I scheduled the appointment for, I left without a plan to continue the medication that has been working for me. My first experience with this provider made me feel dismissed, discriminated against, and unheard. Mental health care requires trust, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values, and I cannot recommend this provider based on how I was treated.”

“I have benefited from the wise council I received. I appreciate the experience and expertise shown in my therapy sessions. It is difficult to ask for help with feelings and emotions, but I was put at ease and feel comfortable talking through my issues.”

“I liked that they listen to what you have to say and offer advice. They want to hear any feedback on how medication is doing. My only criticism is that I have not heard any feedback about my results from the TOVA test . I paid for it out of pocket. I would have thought insurance would have helped out with that. I’m starting to think that the TOVA that was a waste of money.”

“There cancellations fees are too high. $100 if you do not cancel within 48 business hours. This seems insane to me, when they are in the business of helping people with mental illness. They would not waive the fee when I had to go to the emergency room. It's really sad, when the people who are supposed to help... make your life worse.”
