How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Doylestown?
What patients say on Google
“I waited over a month for my first appointment with Eileen Pierce, and on the day of my appointment I received a text THREE HOURS before it was supposed to happen saying I needed to call and reschedule. Not a phone call. Not an apology. Just a last-minute cancellation that I had to find out about the morning of. When I called to reschedule and voice my frustration, I was brushed off and redirected to a different provider rather than actually being heard. And the "sooner" availability they offered? Still over a month away. Mental health care requires trust. Last-minute cancellations like this are not just an inconvenience. They're genuinely harmful. When a provider cancels with only hours notice after a patient has already waited over a month, the bare minimum should be a meaningful solution and an actual conversation, not being passed off to someone else. That is not care. That is negligence. Completely unprofessional. I am genuinely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone who is serious about getting the support they need.”
“I had my 1st in-person session with Ginny and she was wonderful. She’s relatable, lets me talk, and really listens without judgement. More importantly for me, I need to get the ‘energy’ between us, that’s why I prefer ‘in person’ sessions. I totally felt a great vibe during my time and will continue to see her. The office is on the fourth floor, easy to find. The decor is serene, soft blue walls with tan and blue decorations and furnishings. My recommendation would be: soft music, a water display like a ‘wall fountain’ and plants or a decorative tree. But that’s just me! :)”
“Treats parents like an ATM. Dishonest billing practices. Insane cancelation policy, unqualified providers. Never responds to questions or complaints. Truly the worst company I’ve dealt with in awhile. Should be investigated.”
“Ginny has helped me immensely I am grateful that I found her she has taught me some great tools that I can use to help myself and she’s very understanding very easy to talk to and she’s made it a lot easier for me .. if you’re in need of a therapist, I highly recommend Ginny”
