“I came in for what I believe to be my first scheduled appointment and was met with an empty, unstaffed waiting room. There was no front desk staff, no instructions, and no one to greet me OR check me in, it felt like a ghost town and was extremely unwelcoming especially for a first time patient. After waiting PAST my appointment time with no guidance, i had to call the office myself to find out that my appointment had never actually been scheduled. There was no way to know this in person because there was no staff available to ask. This was an extremely confusing and distressing experience and i would not recommend to anyone seeking a supportive or organized experience”
