“Most awful organization to deal with. Their billing practices are crazy and illegal. They are still trying to get $140 from two years and one year ago that I have paid…TWICE. They are so shady that when I said I wasn’t paying it AGAIN they used my FSA card on file to collect it. If you know FSA you know that this years FSA card cannot be used for last years or two years ago charges. Most recently I attempted to call the number on the bill they sent and their billing department is in the Philippines being manned by folks that do not know what an FSA Account even is nor do they know how our healthcare system works here. My doctor is absolutely amazing and I am having to stop seeing her because I cannot handle this ridiculousness any longer There are so many lawsuits against this organization that I cannot believe people still use them.”

“Nurse of 10 years. Sent here, for medication management and treated like a drug addict for the most minuscule amount of Adderall to be prescribed. Can’t get anyone on the phone at the office, everything gets forwarded to a voicemail. My initial appointment was pointless, as they had no records for me. Do people have to fight this hard for their thyroid medication? No such thing as patient centered care, it’s based on the population and apparently “everyone wants Adderall.” Mental health care is becoming more and more pathetic.
