“I have Been coming here for a while. If it were not for the fact that I like my Doctor I would not keep coming back. I was juggle around from Doctor to Doctor at first. They bought out the Practice I was going o which I loved. The Staff for there in office is horrible. There never anyone to answer the phone, getting through phone lines is awful unless your a brand new patient. Most time when the office should be open there phone lines will say there not open. Phone operators are rude and unprofessional.”

“Twice, I've had therapist quit and leave without providing proper notice and nobody provided a referral to ensure services wouldn't be interrupted. The ppl my family have worked with couldn't keep any consistency with their scheduling but we're very fast to send their bills over......”

“I waited 6 months for an assessment, which I expected since I am aware that longer appointments can be more difficult to fit into a provider’s schedule. I drove 30 mins and took 1/2 day off work because I expected my assessment to take several hours. My appointment was at 9:30am and I was back in my car by 10:25am. 1/2 way through my appt after very little information being asked/exchanged, the “Psychologist” told me, “you don’t have ____, you have _____ which is SO MUCH WORSE.” When i asked how she could be certain given that there is still a lot for me to tell her that we hadn’t even gotten to yet, then she asked 2-3 more questions. She reiterated her point with little explanation and sent me on my way. I called the office to make a complaint - no return call. I called back to file a grievance - no return call. I guess now I go to the psychology board? Oh, but even though I cannot get a call back because of my very terrible and poor experience, my bill of course was ready promptly and they are expecting my payment. They care very much about my money, just not my mental health.”
