“Excellent first visit! Provider was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me after listening to me first. She spent a lot of time getting to know me before we discussed my situation and treatment! Definitely recommend!”
“Horrible experience. Felt nothing but judged. My current therapist is retiring and trying to find new. All this lady did was make me feel belittled and couldn’t believe that I didn’t know my exact diagnoses’ and was beside herself at my current medication routine that I’ve been on for 10+ years. Terrified to get the bill for this 30 minute session that left me in tears walking out the door. Did I mention this woman could not even help with prescribing my current medication routine?! So has to refer me to someone else to be seen. Considering weaning myself from medications to avoid going through this again. Should I also mention this woman also admitted to LifeStance being the “Walmarts of mental health”. Again, terrified for the cost this will be to me. I do not recommend LifeStance or this provider-Debra Santos. I hope this review helps another individual avoid such a terrible experience and likely a costly one at that.”
“My psychiatrist (not at Lifestance) described Lifestance as "the McDonald's of mental healthcare." I saw a total of three therapists (Dana Grawe, Theresa Nagy, and Ryan Fleming) and two psychiatrists (Sharon Arabi and Emily Freimuth) at this particular location, and I had a bad experience with all of them. They charge a massive premium ($285 per therapy session - insane) for care that's mediocre at best.”
