How likely are you to recommend LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists Chesterfield?
What patients say on Google
“I had my first appointment today at LifeStance Health with Haley Koepp, DNP, PMHNP-BC. The office is Very modern, clean and located in a nice business complex. The office did a great job at staying in communication with me prior to my visit. I was able to get all of my registration completed prior to my appointment. My Appointment with Haley was wonderful. She was friendly, personable, And attentive in listening. It was obvious she cares about her patients And I felt welcome the moment I stepped into her office. I feel very confident I have found a great psychiatrist with what appears to be a great Organization as well. I am looking forward to my next visit.”
“Easy to work with. The person I work with is prompt, organized and down to earth. With the ease of the scheduling and people I have worked with combined this has been a great experience over the last few months”
“I found my new Psychiatrist/psychiatric nurse practitioner and we really clicked. My Psychiatrist that I saw for between 25 to 30 years retired. Looks Psychiatrist who replaced my past Psychiatrist was a good Psychiatrist. I just felt like we weren’t the best match. But I got some meat Haley Koepp at LifeStance in Chesterfield today and she was very professional, but she was also kind and very sweet and really easy to talk to. But the biggest thing for me is, I can already tell that she values my opinion in that I will definitely be heard and considered as she uses her skills to direct and help me and work with me to get out of this rut that I have fallen into. I will miss all the friends and professionals that I have worked with for the last decade but moving in a new direction/change is good sometimes even for people like me who hate change lol 😂. I can’t wait for my first appointment and have high hopes that New changes that I have made will make a difference. I will miss Alesia and Theresa and Doctor Voras and Josh. But I will see you around 🥰. Take care of your families😊”
“Great clinician but horrible scheduling experience... I am a substitute teacher and frequently called in for unexpected absences. When that happened last week over the weekend I immediately notified my clinician that I couldn't make my Monday appointment. But because I cancelled "on a non-business day, less than 48 hours before my appointment", I was nicked for $75 anyway for a "missed appointment." No leeway, no exceptions! I immediately cancelled all my remaining appointments and am now looking for other therapy providers.”
