“Can't even answer the phone. Irritated is an understatement. If you were in a mental state they would fail you. Can't even set up an appointment with my therapist who moved over there. Worst therapy place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My question is what except are the office staff doing during working hours? Cause it's not answering the phone.”

“I tried 3 different therapist. The first one was either half asleep or on drugs and they refused to refund my money when I ended the session after 15 minutes. The other 2 were more professional but didn’t know what to say beyond asking simple questions, they couldn’t even branch off into helpful/meaningful conversation. All 3 were very young and had bare minimum skills. If you need real therapy not just a buddy paid to listen and take your side, this company is not for you. There’s no way to get matched with a therapist who might actually fit either, if they even have that at all. Wasted hundreds of dollars on them matching me with the same inappropriate therapist. I specifically asked to speak to an experienced person who can understand lifestyle and experiences of a 46-year-old single mother, Every time I was paired with 20-somethings, no kids, no divorces, no clue. So unethical to pair these therapists with someone they don’t actually have the skill sets to help. And when I tried to get at least my copay back they refused.”
