“I never leave Google reviews but i will say i would NEVER recommend this establishment for any mental health services. I was already having a hard day and had to have a screening done. The doctor was so robotic like it was their first day dealing with mental health issues. They stopped and said i was fine but you should talk to another one of his doctors. Which im sure they get paid per patient so they just want to turn and burn. I’d give a 0 if it was available. The mental health help in the Carolina’s is already tough to find good help. This just made it 100% more of a terrible experience.”

“This place is awful. My therapist is out on leave so they put me with someone else. The person never showed up for the appointment I have screenshots of myself waiting online and paid my copay. I tried to call the office for help after 20 minutes but they were closed. They charged me 100 dollars saying I was a no show. I was then told they would take care of it but it’s still on my account. They scheduled me with someone else and said they will send my refills in but didn’t. I decided to cancel on a Friday. My appointment is Monday they said that will be 100 dollars. I said no it won’t because I’m not paying it when all of this is your fault.”
