“Anyone seeking mental help please seek somewhere else, from the people at the front desk to the licensed "doctors" I received no help or even common courtesy. The staff was rude, I am an older woman and my husband and I were confused on where the location was and unable to use my maps on my phone. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk who reassured me I wouldn't be charged with a late fee cause I was struggle to find the building, once I got there doctor Catherine Russell came out and told me she couldn't see me cause I was 10 mins late. I took her attitude as cold and uncaring. Unfortunately this was not the first issue I have had with them it is very unfortunate and sad not all people this day and age is tech savvy and or have family or friends to help. These people never made me feel like they cared for my well being of any of the times I encountered them.”
