“I very much appreciate finding this office and meeting Jennifer. My time with her so far has been really beneficial and helpful. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The location of the office unfortunately has a lot of construction surrounding it so it can be a little hard to gauge your way into the parking lot. (Good ol Indiana has EVERY road under construction)”

“Jennifer was amazing and I’m very sad she couldn’t complete my testing because she genuinely cares to help her patients, but the billing department had no idea how to bill the testing and even after I had my insurance call them to clear things up they doubled down that I have to pay 50% of a 966 dollar visit before they even test me…… I’m super sad and honestly don’t know if I’ll be back because they’re so greedy. Super discouraging experience. I wanted to follow up and say this never got resolved. They never followed up with me nor found a resolution. As of July 2026”

Anything to make their jobs easier right? After all this is not about the patients mental health. It's a business, lets keep it completely unobtainable for them by destroying their hope for compassion and flexibility.”

“Would not recommend. They’ll charge you for any and everything. I was told Medicare covered it not once not twice but three times and for some reason they still charged me $130 for one session after I told Katrina Knarr who preys on people going through a mental health crisis I couldn’t afford any co-pay to which she replied oh no Medicare covers it. When I found out about this balance on Thursday feb 19,2026 and called and asked them about it I said I just wanted to cancel everything and then was charged a cancellation fee because though it was feb 19 and the appointment wasn’t till feb 23 it wasn’t a 48 hour notice. So stay far far far from here and Katarina Knarr if you need mental health help because this place and that person will make it worse. Weird how the response from the owner disappeared”
