“The therapists here are great, but ever since LifeStance bought them out a few months ago everything on the admin side has been terrible!!! They are overbilling and I can't get any answers. All of my invoices do not include my insurance coverage and when you try to call the billing department you can't get through to anyone. LifeStance has several pending lawsuits, too. Definitely stay away!”
