“I worked with this company for 2 years, and while many of the mental health professionals were great - the billing department is horrible. My virtual appointments are supposed to have a $0 copay with my insurance, and I constantly informed them of such. But time after time, I would get charged for these virtual visits. Its gotten to the point that I have to go through the billing statements myself and figure out what is a legitimate balance that needs to be paid vs an error. After dealing with this 10 times, I can't continue with this company. The stress of paying attention to it and tracking what I actually owe has made me not want to access mental health assistance. As much as I love many of the providers, I just can't deal with the billing errors anymore.”

That being said. Dr. Witlock is absolutely worth ALL 5 if not more stars!!! LifeStance Health is worth all 5 Stars and this involves the entire office, office staff, appointments and the Drs.
