“The video appointments are easily accessible but the late cancellation and no show policies are ridiculous. If you are busy, go somewhere else, they don't send appointment reminders until after it is too late to cancel without being charged ($150!!!)”

“Experience has been horrible. Booking appts is relatively fast, but everything past that is horrible. I'm still waiting for a return call from a supervisor from 4/28 regarding a problem from mid March. That's not just horrible, Life stance should be morefocused on the patients. Just my opinion.
