“This experience was awful!!!!!! My mother had a 1:00 appointment, we arrived at 12:40 the gentleman at the desk said he would let the provider know we’d arrived. Then 10 minutes later they closed the window, pulled the shades down and put a sign out saying they were at lunch and the provider will be with you shortly. My mom and I were the only people in the waiting area. Around 1:15 I started wondering what is going on and why haven’t we been called back. I’m still giving them grace at this point. At 1:35 we were still waiting I didn’t hear any movement or anything the mail carrier even came and knocked on the glass still nothing so he didn’t leave their mail. So I got up and knocked on the window and door. At 1:40 the same person that helped me came to the window and I asked why are we still waiting and the appointment was at 1:00. He had the audacity to tell me that the other person forgot to let the provider know we were there. How professional is that! What had my head spinning is this was the person who checked me in and put the blame on the other person. Immediately he tried to reschedule my mom. I waited over a month for this appointment. I got my mom and left no appointment was rescheduled. Now I’m looking for another place to go. I have never experienced anything like this so it made me wonder if we were in the right practice. Awful service it took us an hour to get there with traffic. I was over it and I’m so glad I’m more patient because the old me would have went off. Very Unprofessional!!!”
“Doctor Lisa Mann is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She has changed my life. She is extremely educated, genuinely cares about her patients, is patient and passionate. Thanks to Dr Lisa I have my life back and can live happy and healthy which I haven’t been able to do for years prior. I am so grateful to have her as my physician.”
“NO STARS AT ALL. New patient and waited a month to be seen by Catherine Russel. When my virtual appointment time arrived I waited in the Zoom waiting room for 7 mins and then got booted out of the waiting room. When I called the office to find out how to get back into the waiting room, the office manager said she could see on her computer that I had logged in and got kicked out of the meeting room but when she tried to tell that to the doctor, the doctor claimed I never logged in and refused to see me. After I had waited a month! This is astonishing to me that this how this doctor conducts business. She should be ashamed of herself and you should be warned. I am in the middle of tapering off one medication that I have been on for 20 years. There are horror stories of people trying to taper off of this medication. Not only that, I'm also ramping on a new medication. This appointment was very important. I am dismayed at this situation. You can ignore the response they gave below. I emailed Lifestance explaining what happened as they seemed to care from their message they wrote below. Instead of getting an apology or any other course of action or resolution, I was sent a $100 no-show fee. I'm interested in gathering others that have experienced similar situations because I am going to file complaints with complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Georgia Composite Medical Board, my insurance company, and the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. This is fraudulent business practices happening to vulnerable patients needing medication guidance.”
“Save yourself the frustration. Virtual appointments for over a year, doctor at least 40 minutes late every time. Tried switching doctors. I again waited over 40 minutes to have this new doctor finally show up only to say I can’t be your doctor go back to who you were seeing before! Tried calling to get resolved and waited on hold for over 20 minutes for a manager who apparently is also too busy. Never given the option of leaving a message. Oh, and while I was spending all this time on hold, they charged my card for the office visit. I now have no doctor and no way to fill my prescriptions. But they will make an appointment for you in a hot second (might not be with the right doctor).”
