“I love and adore my provider, but LifeStance is a giant corporation. They don’t care about patients and are trying to get as much money as possible at every turn, over billing, never picking up phone calls, unable to contact your local office directly. My self pay rate went up $10 without my therapist even knowing, and they’re constantly making changes that make things worse. Upon seeing another provider I was told they NEVER recommend LifeStance unless it’s a final resort. Billing and lifestance personnel are a dumpster fire of a system that caused far too much unnecessary stress. At one point, despite them knowing I was self pay, I was charged the full rate TWICE and was told on multiple occasions by billing it could not be fixed because I had already had the appointment. While most of the providers are amazing, the system is not.”

“My spouse went here for her psychiatrist needs. After being bounced around from person to person for several years, she ended up with an RN who did not listen and verbally berated her for requesting the help she has already been getting previously from this office. I am extremely upset at this treatment and the complete lack of professionalism from this individual. I cannot speak to the rest of the staff.”

“My provider is wonderful. Lifestance administrative personnel are not patient friendly. Their administration repeatedly makes changes that do not benefit the patient. Their admins want to call you and tell you that you have to use their new procedures. They made it clear a lot of patients don’t want to use that system. Their new system isn’t a simple as check-in. If you don’t use their system, they will call you to harass you to use it. They don’t want to listen to any feedback that would make it better and easier to use as a patient.”
