“I mean, they're ok for medicine appointments. But their administration is an impenetrable brick wall--and they mandate that their admins and call center employees use this weird language that implies that the administrators and call center employees are themselves therapists. As for the help, it's 20min every three months--not adequate for real help. If I felt I needed real help, I'd go elsewhere.”

“I am beyond frustrated with the LifeStance billing department. I stopped using LifeStance Health services almost 7 months ago. I ended up with a credit of $79.86 on my account and I have been trying to get my refund since then. I began with messaging the billing department twice through the client portal in November of 2025. I received no response. I began calling LifeStance on November 18, 2025. I have made subsequent calls to LifeStance in January, March and April. Every time I was told that the credit will be processed, and I should receive a refund check. During my latest call to them I was told by the rep. that he could not get a hold of his manager, but he (the rep) would call me by 4:30pm EST. that day with an answer or confirmation of my refund. Nothing. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I will continue to message and call them and hopefully I will receive a check from them sooner than later. This has nothing to do with the service I was provided by my NP. This is only concerning the billing department and their lack of professionalism and due diligence. Update: It has now been a week, and I am still waiting on my $79.86 credit refund.”
