“Absolutely not, I will not come back. Unless you want to get spoken to by these psychiatrists like you’re just a waste of their time, I do NOT recommend going here. For a company that supposedly helps the mentally unwell, they really, really enjoy putting you in distress if you don’t follow the EXACT guidelines they give to you about your appointment (especially if you’re someone like me… I have never done telehealth. Months ago, the receptionist told me they’d brief me for everything on how to do telehealth the day of my appointment…. They didn’t. And when things went cattywhompus, I was told I should’ve… just known months prior when I was TOLD I’d be briefed on how to do telehealth the day-of.) Because taking money and getting rich from patients and insurance claims isn’t enough for these people, they talk down on you. This place is a joke, and everyone is a corporate husk here. Don’t trust them. They’re only here for your money, they don’t care about you as a person.”
“The facility is very clean, everyone’s very friendly. There’s really no waiting. They’re pretty much on time. I have Jacqueline Williams and I love her. She is very cute and young, professional but shares her own life a bit which is great cause you get to know someone faster”
“Absolute joke of a practice. I visited the office on 04/06 and had a terrible experience with one of the psychometrists who was extremely rude. My appointment was interrupted several times due to her lack of ability to communicate and her unprofessionalism. I was then referred to the manager, who had a very brief conversation with me and nothing has been resolved yet. She was supposed to investigate the situation and call me back. It has now been a month with no resolution. I'm not suprised though because Lifestance will hire anyone and they do not care about the treatment or wellbeing of their patients.”
