“You are better off setting your money on fire. I don’t know how anyone who really needs help is supposed to benefit from this program. Not only that, but they told me I was in network, and I’m not at all, so after I paid for a month up front, they told me that I had met my out of pocket and didn’t owe anything going forward. I was in residential and they take away your phone so I couldn’t verify. Turns out that was a lie, and they deny ever saying it. But they let me continue treatment for weeks believing that, when the insurance had stopped paying. So now they say I owe 57k for this waste of time experience. I don’t know how they can call this ‘DBT’ they shouldn’t be accredited l.”
